We want EsoRepair to work for you. If it does not, we do not want to keep your money.
Please read this policy before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms below.
Our 90 Day Money-Back Promise
We offer a 90 day money-back promise on your first order, so you can try EsoRepair without risk. You have 90 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund.
You do not need to send anything back to us.
An opened bottle is fine. You cannot know whether something works without trying it, so we do not ask you to return it. This promise applies to your first order.
How To Request A Refund
Email docteat@outlook.com with your order number. A person reads every message and we usually reply the same day.
We will ask what went wrong and offer to send a replacement or credit your account. If you would rather have your money back, tell us and we will refund you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damages And Issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. There is no time limit on this and nothing needs to be returned.
If Your Order Does Not Arrive
Email us. We will chase the carrier for you. If the parcel cannot be found we will send another one or refund you in full. You do not carry the risk on a parcel we sent.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free and there is no handling fee. Email us and tell us what you would like instead. If the replacement costs more, we will send you the difference to pay.
Cancelling An Order
Email us as soon as you can. If your order has not shipped we will cancel it and refund you the same day. Once an order has shipped we cannot recall it, but the 90 day promise above still covers you.
Cancelling A Subscription
You can cancel or pause at any time from the link in your order emails, or by emailing us. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of orders. If a renewal charges after you asked us to stop, tell us and we will refund it.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification. This is in addition to the 90 day promise above. Email us and we will refund you.
